Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • Raise your request within 7 days of receiving the product using your registered email ID via:

  • Reverse pickup is not available – customers must ship the product back to our office at:

  • Include your Order ID and Registered Mobile Number inside the return package for faster processing.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped (unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags). Returns in poor/damaged condition will not be accepted.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Once a product has been exchanged and delivered, no further exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

  • Cancellations are only possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product reaches our office.

  • Prepaid Orders

    • The refund will be credited directly to the same account used for payment.


  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

    • Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer / GPay / PhonePe / Paytm.

    • You must email us from your registered email ID or WhatsApp us with the following bank/UPI details:
